DPSG teaches regularly scheduled concealed carry classes for the general public. No prior firearms experience is necessary to complete the course of study.
DPSG and its nationally certified firearms instructors will work with you so that you are comfortable handling a gun. We will teach you when to use it, what the laws are surrounding its use in North Carolina, how to properly use it, and even work on your qualification at the shooting range to make sure you are proficient. Once you have completed the entire course you will be able to apply for a permit. There are age and background restrictions which are more fully detailed on the registration form.
